Frequently Asked Questions
Where are Henley Naturals products made?
Henley Naturals products are hand blended in Henley-on-Thames, south Oxfordshire. The liquid base is made in the UK and the essential oils are sourced from varying countries, see glossary.
Are Henley Naturals products sourced sustainably?
Yes, all the products are sourced from sustainable sources.
Is Henley Naturals packaging recycable?
The packaging in which the soap arrives is fully recyclable from home, please use your recycling bin (green for Oxfordshire). See the blog for some other good ideas for recycling cardboard waste.
Can I reuse my infinity bottle?
Yes please do! Your glass infinity bottle is created so you can refill it as many times as you like and if for whatever reason it wears out or there is a fault with it please let us know and we will send you a new one free of charge. We just ask that you send us a picture to show us what the issue is.
What do I do with my used pouches?
All used pouches are to be rinsed out, the cap replaced and then simply post into your nearest post box. The postage is all paid for and they will get sent directly to our recycling partner to be made into aluminium and plastic oil which is then recycled into products.
Why is glass better?
Using a glass bottle is much better for the environment it can be reused time and time again, whereas plastic bottles get thrown into the recycling “black pit” whereby some end up in landfill sites in Turkey and other countries as the UK has no more landfill sites. The glass bottle is also fully recyclable.
Why are pouches better?
Using plastic refill pouches to top up your bottle uses 76% less plastic than using plastic bottles. There is a smaller carbon footprint to pack them as well as they take up less space and are therefore easier to transport. They are easier to store as well and easy to pour into your glass bottles.
Am I able to use Henley Naturals products whilst pregnant?
