The Great British Pullman, a luxurious train service synonymous with elegance and sophistication, offers its passengers a timeless travel experience. Henley Naturals was entrusted to elevate this journey by creating a bespoke hand wash and lotion exclusively for the Pullman’s carriages. These products needed to reflect the train's rich history and enhance the sensory experience for its discerning clientele.

The Brief
The Great British Pullman tasked Henley Naturals with designing a luxurious yet functional product range that would complement the train’s iconic legacy. The products were to include a tailored scent inspired by the history and design of the carriages while ensuring a focus on sustainability and eco-conscious solutions. The goal was to deliver a practical and memorable touchpoint for passengers that aligned with the Pullman’s commitment to excellence.
Collaboration
Henley Naturals worked closely with the Great British Pullman team to craft a bespoke scent that encapsulates the charm of the train’s heritage. Drawing inspiration from the carriages’ timeless elegance, we developed a fragrance blending vetiver, black pepper, neroli, petitgrain and lavender.
Each essential oil was chosen for its unique properties:
Vetiver: Grounding and calming, evoking a sense of timeless sophistication.
Black Pepper: Stimulating and warm, reflecting the luxurious ambiance of the train.
Neroli and Petitgrain: Uplifting and bright, mirroring the refined energy of the carriages.
Lavender: Relaxing and soothing, offering a tranquil balance to the journey.
These oils not only enhance passenger relaxation but also align with the Pullman’s commitment to thoughtful, high-quality details.

Sustainable achievements
Henley Naturals prioritised sustainability throughout this project. To reduce plastic waste, we provided the Great British Pullman with reusable glass bottles for their hand wash and lotion, ensuring a long-lasting and elegant solution. Additionally, we supply refillable canisters, further minimising the environmental footprint while maintaining efficiency.
